The roof

· Check the condition of the roof tiles
Wastewater system

· Check the outflow from the septic tank
· Check the distribution chamber (remove any deposits if necessary)
· Clean the grease trap and the pozzolana filter of the septic tank
Once a year
· Clean the septic tank’s bacterial filter
· Inspect the rainwater drainage chambers
Every four years
· Pump out the sludge and replace the pozzolana stones in the septic tank
